Design, implement, and sustain the enterprise Configuration Management operating model to ensure a complete, accurate, and trusted CMDB.
Own CMDB process, governance, data quality, execution, and establish governance cadences and standards.
Partner with Incident, Problem, and Change teams to ensure CMDB supports execution and provides actionable metrics for stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field required.
6–8+ years of experience in configuration management, service management, IT operations, or operational data governance.
Strong process design, operational data quality management, and ability to build/analyze operational metrics required.
Valid Driver’s License required. Work Environment: Standard indoor, able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating CMDB or Configuration Management practices supporting Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders without direct authority, emphasizing execution and continuous improvement.
Familiarity or experience with ITSM platforms, especially Ivanti preferred, plus operational reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
