About This Role
- Design, implement, and sustain the enterprise Configuration Management operating model to ensure a complete, accurate, and trusted CMDB.
- Own CMDB process, governance, data quality, execution, and establish governance cadences and standards.
- Partner with Incident, Problem, and Change teams to ensure CMDB supports execution and provides actionable metrics for stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field required.
- 6–8+ years of experience in configuration management, service management, IT operations, or operational data governance.
- Strong process design, operational data quality management, and ability to build/analyze operational metrics required.
- Valid Driver’s License required. Work Environment: Standard indoor, able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and operating CMDB or Configuration Management practices supporting Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Skilled at coordinating across multiple stakeholders without direct authority, emphasizing execution and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity or experience with ITSM platforms, especially Ivanti preferred, plus operational reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
