Own data mapping from HR source systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, surveys) into Redshift, ensuring consistent metric definitions and data lineage.
Build and maintain people analytics dashboards in QuickSight and Power BI focused on key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, hiring funnel, DEI, engagement, compensation equity).
Write and optimize SQL queries supporting recurring and ad hoc leadership reporting; resolve data quality issues across systems.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualization or related field with Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
Strong SQL experience with Amazon Redshift or comparable cloud data warehouses.
Proven capability in building and maintaining dashboards using Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experience with data mapping and ETL concepts handling multiple HR data source systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, BambooHR) and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) or equivalent.
Comfortable partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation teams to translate business questions into data models and visualizations in regulated data contexts.
Experienced in managing sensitive HR data respecting privacy and access controls; skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex data integration issues.
