Drive growth and profitability of Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Two-Wheeler (2W) insurance portfolios through strategic interventions and market opportunity assessment.
Develop and manage dashboards and MIS using Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to monitor business performance and guide decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, Product, Tech, and Operations teams to implement initiatives, manage campaigns, and support field teams for portfolio improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience; experience in General Insurance, Analytics, Data Management, or Automation preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Computer Applications, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate preferred.
Proficiency with Power BI, Power Query, and Excel for dashboarding and data analysis.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (onsite implied).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in insurance product strategy or analytics with hands-on exposure to portfolio performance tracking and market assessment.
Strong capability in cross-functional coordination across Sales, Pricing, Underwriting, and Technology teams for strategic execution.
