Manage and oversee daily operations of the Security Valuations team ensuring process adherence and control execution.
Handle client communications including regular calls and governance escalations; provide timely data, reporting, and analytics to senior management.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including conducting tests (Call tree, BCP) and coordinating across multiple locations.
Minimum Requirements
Masters degree in Finance and Management.
8-12 years of experience in Security Valuations or Pricing, preferably within Hedge Funds, Reference Data Setup, or Capital Markets.
Experience managing a team of 10-15 members and first or second level management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC; strong domain knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives pricing/valuations.
