Coordinate and review documentation to open, close, convert, renew, and amend international client securities accounts.
Manage client escalations and act as a technical resource for Account Opening Associates, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliverables.
Develop and update department policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience with Global Custody Account Opening exposure.
Ability to work flexible shifts (5 PM – 2 AM IST).
Proficiency in understanding client documents and familiarity with Multi Currency Horizon system.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with client service teams and sub-custodian banks in global market environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage client escalations and prioritize issues in absence of management.
Familiarity with global market account structures, regulatory compliance, and SWIFT message drafting.
