Provide 24/7 threat monitoring, detection, and incident response in SOC environments.
Analyze suspicious or malicious behaviors, prioritize security alerts, and manage incident triage per SOPs and playbooks.
Maintain incident management policies, perform post-incident analysis, and ensure SLA and KPI adherence to reduce MTTD and MTTR.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years experience in SOC roles including Incident Management, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Management, or Threat Hunting.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, B.Tech, MCA, or MBA with IT background.
Mandatory certification in one: Certified SOC Analyst (EC-Council), CHFI, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, GCIH or equivalent.
Preferred product certifications on SOC tools such as SIEM, Vulnerability Management, DAM, UBA, SOAR, NBA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end SOC operations with demonstrated ability in incident handling and threat analysis.
Familiarity with SOC security tools, preferably Splunk, and ability to work under SLA-driven environments.
Capable of implementing and adhering to incident response policies and operational playbooks in a fast-paced security advisory setup.
