Design, develop, and maintain RICEF objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms across ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Work independently on complex SAP ABAP development tasks, applying advanced and object-oriented programming techniques, and adhering to coding standards.
Mentor junior associates, perform peer code reviews, and contribute to performance optimization and integration scenarios using niche SAP technologies.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including classical ABAP and modern ABAP for HANA concepts.
Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration degree required.
Experience with integration technologies such as BAPIs, IDocs, RFC, and Web Services.
SAP ABAP certification or S/4HANA development training is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently delivering complex SAP ABAP solutions and mentoring junior team members within a consulting or advisory environment.
Proficient with both classical and modern ABAP programming, comfortable with SAP ECC and S/4HANA technical landscapes.
