Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) across ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Apply advanced ABAP & object-oriented programming, and contribute to niche SAP technologies like Web Dynpro, SAP-BTP, SAP CPI/PO, and SAP Fiori.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions; perform peer code reviews and mentor junior associates.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
Graduate engineer or management graduate; degrees in MBA or B.Tech preferred.
Strong knowledge of classical ABAP programming and practical exposure to modern ABAP for HANA concepts (CDS views, AMDP, OData, RAP).
Experience with SAP integration technologies (BAPIs, IDocs, RFC, Web Services) and familiarity with performance tuning tools (ST05, ST12, SCI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently delivering high-quality ABAP objects and adhering to SAP best practices in S/4HANA environments.
Capable of mentoring junior team members and managing technical priorities within a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.
Familiar with advanced SAP modules and technologies including SAP-BTP, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP CPI/PO, and possesses some knowledge of S/4HANA development.
