Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable technology solutions within the Accounting domain with measurable business outcomes.
Hands-on engineering leadership including coding, design/code reviews, testing, and deployment activities leveraging Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native practices on GCP or similar platforms.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and champion engineering best practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD) while mentoring and enabling high-performance teams.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 14 years of IT industry experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java and full-stack development.
Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, ReactJS or similar front-end frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift), databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL), and DevOps/CI-CD tools.
Experience working collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects in a technical leadership capacity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
