Support the General Manager (GM) in driving overall performance, culture, and compliance of Fictiv's India hub across Bengaluru.
Act as the acting GM in the GM's absence, ensuring leadership continuity and decision-making authority.
Manage financial oversight, operational execution, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination to meet business metrics like revenue growth, employee retention, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
12–18 years of progressive leadership experience; 3–5 years in senior operations within a global or multinational organisation.
Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams across multiple locations in India.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L exposure, and cost control.
Familiarity with Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable operating in matrixed, multinational organizations, influencing without direct authority.
Track record of driving operational excellence, process standardisation, and KPI performance in technology-enabled manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries.
