Lead demand forecasting and own forecast accuracy, assumptions, risks, and action plans for designated business lines and workstreams.
Serve as primary leader for assigned forecasting workstreams managing priorities, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and tradeoffs based on operational and financial impact.
Identify and implement improvements in forecasting methods, processes, data quality, and automation, partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams for scalable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in a quantitative field with 4+ years experience OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience in forecasting, demand planning, workforce management, operations strategy, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with dashboard and analytical tools like Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, QuickSight, or Looker.
Based in New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Tempe; must be able to travel approximately twice yearly for onsite team trips.
Work Experience Required: 4+ years with a Master's or 6+ years with a Bachelor's in relevant roles.
