Minimum Requirements
4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
Proficiency in Java and Java Spring Boot framework.
Experience with banking domain systems, including transaction processing and account ledger platforms.
Experience with Kubernetes containerization (e.g., Open Shift), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., EPLX, Harness), or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, low latency, multi-threaded distributed systems including microservices architecture.
Familiarity with messaging frameworks (multicast), streaming data processing (Kafka, Flink), and database technologies (Relational and Document DBs).
Comfortable operating in Agile Scrum environments with exposure to tools like Github Copilot, test automation (Karate), and observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics).
