Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding program for new hires in India, ensuring engagement, cultural alignment, and accelerated integration.
Support execution and delivery of talent, learning, leadership, and inclusion programs aligned with India and broader APAC strategic priorities.
Manage stakeholder coordination, program logistics, operational governance, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and benchmarking.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of experience in HR, learning, talent, or program management roles.
Prior experience in onboarding program management or learning program delivery preferred.
Strong project management and coordination skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Role is office-based in Bangalore, India.
