Own comprehensive General Ledger management including month-end close processes, accruals, payment bookings, and bank reconciliations for large real estate portfolios.
Prepare timely and accurate monthly property financial statements, perform detailed forecast analysis comparing Budget versus Actual and Forecast versus Actual spending.
Lead annual budget planning, reporting, forecasting activities, and support reporting process improvements including automation while ensuring data integrity.
Minimum Requirements
8-9 years of operational/general ledger accounting and finance experience including profit & loss analysis and balance sheet overview.
Commerce graduate educational qualification.
Strong General Ledger month-end closing experience with some FP&A background; experience in real estate accounting is a plus.
On-site role located in Gurugram; proficiency in MS Office and prior ERP JD1 experience preferred.
