About This Role
- Provide daily operations support including record and account maintenance, imaging, and handling account openings in coordination with the Core Team.
- Act as liaison among operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Lead special projects, train new hires, provide team guidance, and support risk mitigation and compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail banking operations or business office environment.
- Bachelor's degree mandatory.
- Must be willing and able to work rotational/night shifts starting around 11:30 PM or 12:30 AM (24*7 support).
- Proficient in complex databases, spreadsheets, strong numerical abilities and excellent communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working in structured operations environments with emphasis on adherence to policies and risk management procedures.
- Experienced or familiar with banking operations processes and related compliance requirements.
- Able to provide operational support while managing multiple stakeholders and leading training or special projects within a team.
