Provide daily operations support including record and account maintenance, imaging, and handling account openings in coordination with the Core Team.
Act as liaison among operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients to facilitate smooth workflows.
Lead special projects, train new hires, provide team guidance, and support risk mitigation and compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail banking operations or business office environment.
Bachelor's degree mandatory.
Must be willing and able to work rotational/night shifts starting around 11:30 PM or 12:30 AM (24*7 support).
Proficient in complex databases, spreadsheets, strong numerical abilities and excellent communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working in structured operations environments with emphasis on adherence to policies and risk management procedures.
Experienced or familiar with banking operations processes and related compliance requirements.
Able to provide operational support while managing multiple stakeholders and leading training or special projects within a team.
