Provide operations support including reconciliation and resolution of General Ledger outages and escalate issues with Operations Core Team.
Validate credit card settlements and perform journal entries to balance General Ledgers.
Conduct training, monitor team quality and productivity, communicate with management on operational metrics and financial entry approvals.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years of relevant experience in operations support or related domain.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
Ability to work unsupervised and apply problem-solving capabilities; occasional weekend work for COB testing required.

Experienced in General Ledger reconciliation and operational problem resolution with knowledge across multiple applications.
