About This Role
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions focusing on AI-driven automation and Agentforce capabilities.
- Lead architecture and implementation of Agentforce AI Agents, Data Cloud integrations, and advanced automation frameworks, ensuring adherence to security and Responsible AI practices.
- Provide technical leadership including DevOps maturity, mentoring team members, and delivering innovative Salesforce and AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments; overall IT experience preferred at 10 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
- Mandatory Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I (PD1), and Agentforce Specialist.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce DX, CI/CD practices, and experience with Agentforce AI and Data Cloud integrations.

- Experienced in designing and implementing complex, AI-powered Salesforce solutions with deep understanding of Agentforce and autonomous AI agents.
- Strong technical leader capable of driving DevOps excellence, mentoring, and working independently across global distributed teams.
