Lead and manage a global testing team to deliver end-to-end testing for front, middle, and back-office workflows in large-scale client-facing transformation programs.
Drive test strategy, resource allocation, and adoption of AI-driven testing methodologies to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality.
Coordinate across US, UK, and third-party vendors; represent State Street GCI in client engagements; produce test metrics and status reports for management.
Minimum Requirements
4-9 years experience in functional testing with strong understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking applications across Front, Middle, and Back Office.
3+ years experience leading project teams involving internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information System Management.
Flexibility to work APAC/UK hours when required; proficiency with test management and automation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, PowerPoint, and UiPath.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and executing test strategies aligned with client service models and project milestones, with demonstrated delivery of programs.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams, experienced in defect management and reporting.
Familiar with AI concepts and capable of championing AI-driven testing approaches to enhance test processes and efficiency.
