Process and manage daily margin calls including cash and securities for clients, ensuring exposures are fully collateralized.
Investigate and resolve collateral discrepancies, handle fails investigation and serve as escalation point for issues.
Generate various client and internal reports, handle portfolio reconciliations, interest processing, and support collateral substitutions and transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements
Experience Required: Experience in Collateral Management and finance, including OTC markets/ derivatives instruments knowledge.
Education: Graduate degree in Finance or Commerce (e.g., B.COM, BBM/BBA, M.COM, MBA Finance).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook; knowledge of MS Access, VBA, Macros, SQL is an advantage.
Certifications: NCFM or CISI certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has hands-on experience with MTM-based margin call processing and custody settlements in financial services or banking environment.
Comfortable working with detailed reconciliations and resolving discrepancies under tight deadlines.
Capable of managing reporting, interest processing, and driving collateral transformation initiatives within a structured project management framework.
