About This Role
- Own and manage strategic time allocation for the Product Head to focus on highest impact activities.
- Lead and be fully accountable for critical, high-impact projects end-to-end within the product function.
- Drive operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration by improving processes and coordinating across teams including Tech, Business, and Marketing.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Graduate from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 2–5 years in consulting, strategy, or high-growth startups with exposure to CXO/leadership-level problem-solving.
- Must have very strong problem-solving skills across multiple domains and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis, Excel, and Google Sheets; ability to handle unstructured problem statements.

- Strategic operator capable of managing high-stakes projects and optimizing product team productivity.
- Experienced in bridging and coordinating between product and multiple cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
