Lead industrial automation projects through full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals compliant with Rockwell Automation's Quality Management System (QMS).
Act as primary liaison for customers and teams, manage risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status and financial updates.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
10+ years total experience with 2+ years in project management within industrial automation or related sectors.
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and Microsoft Project.
Work Location: Hybrid role based in Noida, India with mandatory in-office days at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple projects in matrix organizations ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
Capable of leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across all levels.
Preferably PMP certified or with equivalent project management credentials and strong prioritization skills.
