Minimum Requirements

Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including modeling, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
Rotational shift work location: Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in accounting within sales compensation or payments industry to handle commission calculations and billing accurately.
Capable of working independently while collaborating across distributed teams and with senior management on process standardization.
Comfortable with data analysis and dashboard reporting, with skills in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau considered advantageous.
