Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Provide operational support across institutional trade lifecycle tasks including client onboarding, cash payments monitoring, funding, custodial, securities settlement, and loan operations.
Perform and oversee daily reconciliation activities across Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) products and systems, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Lead and drive projects from a surveillance perspective, support audit, compliance, and documentation requirements, and identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience or equivalent via work experience, training, military, or education.
Experience in Capital Markets / CIB Reconciliations with strong understanding of trade lifecycle and trade flow.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Alteryx, SQL, or Xceptor is a plus; experience with trade surveillance systems like SMARTS or Actimize is a plus.
Open to any shifts as applicable for APAC, EMEA, USA & Canada (shift flexibility required).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational roles involving end-to-end reconciliation and trade lifecycle within institutional investment or CIB environments.
Able to independently own projects particularly from a trade surveillance and risk perspective, with capability to collaborate across Operations, Technology, Business, and Control teams.
Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
