Own end-to-end financial planning and business partnering across commercial, marketing, and corporate functions in Lilly India.
Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting including Balanced Scorecard presentations to Top Management.
Develop and evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and drive profitability through detailed financial analysis and FP&A transformation initiatives using AI and Power BI.
Minimum Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CA / CPA / CMA / MBA qualification.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in FP&A, Financial Modelling, Corporate Finance or Strategy, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and experience with automation tools such as Power BI and AI-based tools.
Office-based role requiring 4 days per week onsite in India; must be legally allowed to work in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in pharmaceutical industry FP&A with strong financial modelling and budgeting skills.
Comfortable working across virtual networks and managing ambiguity with high learning agility.
Operationally strong with a focus on process improvements and automation in financial planning and reporting.
