Own end-to-end lease abstraction and administration including new setups, renewals, assignments, and modifications with high accuracy and timeliness.

Manage lease critical dates, audit processes, database integrity (MRI and CALA systems), and deliver accurate lease reporting and compliance management.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years experience in lease abstraction and property management with knowledge of Retail Shop Lease Act.
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, or MBA required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Word & Excel) and experienced with MRI lease administration tool.
On-site position at Gurugram; Work Experience Required: 3-5 years stated explicitly.
