Own the customer-centric experience for occupants of a large upscale modern office workspace as the single point of contact for daily needs and issue resolution.
Manage service tickets and feedback within defined SLAs and coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and business points of contact for ongoing workspace improvements.
Plan and execute employee engagement events, report employee feedback trends, and drive client-specific initiatives including technology roll-outs and best practices implementation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in hospitality (hotel & aviation) or coworking spaces.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
On-site role located in Bengaluru, 48 scheduled weekly hours.
