Manage lease abstraction processes for office and retail leases, ensuring accurate extraction and entry of critical lease data into databases.
Perform quality checks including sanity checks, cross-verification of abstracts and system data, and review of landlord invoices for lease compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation issues, prepare variance and validation reports, document business processes, and train or audit junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or University Graduate mandatory.
3-6 years of experience specifically in lease abstraction of office and retail commercial real estate leases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and experienced with property management or lease administration systems for global clients.
On-site work location in Gurugram, India.
