Lead all financial operations at the manufacturing plant including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting with variance analysis.
Own SKU level standard costing, new product costing, plant conversion costs, and lead cost-saving initiatives related to manufacturing.
Manage working capital components like inventory controls, payables, capital expenditure tracking, asset management, and compliance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant qualification with a strong costing background.
Minimum 6 years of finance experience focusing on manufacturing or plant finance.
Hands-on experience with Standard Costing, SAP FI & CO Modules; S4 Hana implementation is a plus.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and communication of financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
