About This Role
- Execute operational tasks for new employee onboarding including verifications and benefits enrollment for customers.
- Handle filings and registrations with government agencies on behalf of customers.
- Develop, improve, and document operational processes related to benefits and compliance, collaborating with R&D to automate onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in operational roles such as payroll, regulatory, or support operations.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office (Docs/Sheets/Excel); familiarity with SFDC/JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
- Must be able to work from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.

- Experienced in process development and compliance operations within payroll or regulatory domains.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and structural problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving customers, government agencies, and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency.
