Oversee IS operation service delivery across APAC region focused on R&D stakeholders, enforcing Group IS/IT policies and standards.
Lead critical incident management in APAC time zone ensuring timely resolution, escalation, and communication; generate major breakdown reports with lessons learned.
Manage regional change implementation and Build-to-Run project handovers; provide performance analysis for incidents, service requests, and regional changes with continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
ITIL V3 or V4 certification (Service Operations or Service Management) preferred; Project Management or Service Delivery Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
6–8 years of IT Operations experience with minimum 3 years in service delivery management.
Work Location: Pune, India; Work Experience Required: At least 6–8 years with 3 years in service delivery management.

Experienced in managing SLAs and KPIs in regional or global IS service delivery environment.
Skilled in coordinating operational transitions using Build-to-Run frameworks and managing operational readiness for new projects.
