Manage and execute tender-related activities for North America Tender customers including quotation management, contract administration, and negotiation preparation.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of tender tasks while supporting dispute and invoice quality teams to improve deliverables.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and support teams to align tender outcomes and contribute to process transformation and technology adoption initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or related industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.
Willingness to work perpetual night shifts to support North America business operations.
