Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, cold chain management, and distribution to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery to dark stores.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and coordination with procurement and sales for stock management, including liquidation of damaged/expired stock per SOP.
Manage warehouse staff, vendor relationships, and utilize technology (WMS, SAP) to optimize operations, ensure SLA compliance, safety adherence, and achieve daily KPIs on productivity and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years experience managing grocery or FMCG warehouse operations, preferably with fresh produce or cold chain logistics.
Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, and inventory control processes.
Experience managing vendor relationships and SLA-driven operations.
