Own investigation and resolution of complex denial issues in Accounts Receivable (AR).
Analyze AR and denial trends and lead payer calls for escalated denial disputes to reduce denial rates.
Mentor junior associates on advanced denial management techniques and manage appeals for denied claims with accurate documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in AR/Denial Management or Revenue Cycle Management.
Associate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Proficiency with medical billing software and denial tracking systems.
Onsite work required in Vadodara, India; Night/US Shift (6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST). Remote applicants not considered.
