Drive customer enabling activities and ensure successful platform bring-up, validation, and adoption for Intel client platforms across Audio, Computer Vision, Camera, and related software domains.
Debug, tune, and resolve complex hardware-software integration issues spanning firmware, BIOS, OS, drivers, middleware, and applications, collaborating with OS vendors and ecosystem partners.
Manage multimedia validation labs, develop technical enablement collateral, and lead cross-functional teams to drive platform readiness and customer escalation resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, testing, optimization, with expertise in debugging (WinDBG, Visual Studio, trace analysis tools) and performance tuning.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python or similar and experience with hardware-software integration and optimization.
Strong knowledge of Audio subsystem architecture, SoC and platform architecture, device driver architecture (preferably Windows Driver Frameworks).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in software development and debugging within technology domains like Audio, Camera/Imaging, Computer Vision, or AI, with a focus on platform-level software optimization.
Skilled at managing cross-functional collaboration involving firmware, BIOS, drivers, validation, and architecture teams to resolve complex customer escalations.
Capable of handling customer engagements and technical leadership activities including workshops, design reviews, and issue resolution with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
