Own end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions impacting customer retention, propensity, cross-sell, upsell, and forecasting.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Finance to translate business questions into actionable insights and drive analytics adoption.
Partner with Data Engineering and Technology teams to operationalize models and explore AI/emerging technologies for measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
5-9 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or Advanced Analytics.
Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL.
Experience building predictive models and ML solutions in commercial environments applying statistical techniques such as regression, classification, segmentation, and forecasting.
