Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP RICEF objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows, and forms.
Work independently on complex ABAP development tasks across ECC and S/4HANA environments, supporting integration and performance optimization.
Mentor junior associates, perform peer code reviews, and collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure quality and meet business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
Graduate Engineer (B.Tech) or Management Graduate (MBA) degree required.
Strong skills in classic and modern ABAP (CDS views, AMDP), SAP Fiori, SAP-BTP, integration technologies (BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs).
SAP ABAP certification or S/4HANA training preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SAP ECC and S/4HANA ABAP development with a mix of classic and modern ABAP expertise.
Capable of independently delivering high-quality ABAP objects, with practical understanding of SAP integration technologies and performance tuning.
