About This Role
- Design, develop, and support automation solutions primarily using PEGA within the Intelligent Process Automation CoE.
- Lead implementation of scalable, secure robotic process automation projects adhering to PEGA coding standards and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, COE, and business stakeholders to set realistic delivery goals and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technology field.
- Minimum 6 years IT project implementation experience; at least 5 years hands-on PEGA experience.
- Certified PEGA Senior System Architect certification mandatory; PEGA Infinity platform certification preferred.
- Experience with PEGA low code app building, integrations (REST, SOAP), and familiarity with Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

- Experienced senior engineer able to translate business requirements into technical design for smart automation solutions.
- Strong communicator skilled at cross-functional collaboration in matrixed organizations and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability in enterprise-scale process automation with exposure to PEGA workflows, SOA integrations, and latest PEGA frameworks (e.g., Cosmos).
