Design, develop, and support automation solutions primarily using PEGA within the Intelligent Process Automation CoE.
Lead implementation of scalable, secure robotic process automation projects adhering to PEGA coding standards and integration patterns.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, COE, and business stakeholders to set realistic delivery goals and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technology field.
Minimum 6 years IT project implementation experience; at least 5 years hands-on PEGA experience.
Certified PEGA Senior System Architect certification mandatory; PEGA Infinity platform certification preferred.
Experience with PEGA low code app building, integrations (REST, SOAP), and familiarity with Automation Anywhere or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

Experienced senior engineer able to translate business requirements into technical design for smart automation solutions.
Strong communicator skilled at cross-functional collaboration in matrixed organizations and stakeholder engagement.
