Senior Account Manager - eProducts

Own strategic renewals for the region’s largest, most complex accounts including public-sector, consortium, tender-led and channel-mediated renewals.

Lead commercial negotiations independently within defined thresholds involving price uplifts, contract restructurings, product substitutions, and multi-year terms.

Manage forecast discipline and pipeline accuracy using MEDDPICC methodology and Salesforce, identifying at-risk revenue proactively and executing save plans.

Proven experience in B2B commercial roles with enterprise SaaS, digital content, subscription renewals, retention, or account management.

Proven ownership of a large renewal book with measurable retention, price realization, and expansion outcomes.

Experience negotiating with institutional buying committees, procurement teams, public-sector authorities or channel partners.

Strong command of structured sales methodology (preferably MEDDPICC), disciplined Salesforce usage, and executive-level English communication.

Experienced in healthcare, health sciences education, medical publishing or clinical technology sectors.

Ability to engage and rebuild relationships with senior economic buyers and institutional stakeholders in complex renewal scenarios.

Familiarity with distributors, public tenders, consortium purchasing, or grant-funded institutional buying in South or Southeast Asia regions.
