Manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Drive project governance through standardized tracking, reporting, and review mechanisms while monitoring risks and dependencies for timely mitigation.
Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives by identifying process gaps, implementing improvements, and supporting the CI & Automation framework development and governance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR equivalent professional experience.
Overall 8-10 years experience with 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Automation, Business Transformation, or Process Excellence roles.
Experience in project management or process improvement with exposure to managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
Fluent English communication skills with exposure to global work styles and customer engagement across regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving CI initiatives across global and cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Comfortable managing project governance activities including leading governance calls, leadership reviews, and executive presentations.
Familiarity with project governance, reporting frameworks, project tracking tools, and formal project management methodologies (PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred).
