About This Role
- Investigate and analyze large, complex and unstructured datasets to identify data quality issues and control gaps.
- Translate findings into business cases and recommendations, and lead delivery of data initiatives including planning and executing UAT and stakeholder alignment workshops.
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, communication across stakeholders, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 12 years of work experience, preferably in financial services within large organizations.
- Proven experience in complex data analysis, business analysis, or transformation delivery.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping are mandatory.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across geographies and seniority levels is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills particularly with messy and unstructured datasets.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end data initiatives and comfortable working independently with ambiguous requirements.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration, Agile delivery methods, and ability to communicate complex data simply to non-technical audiences.
