Lead technical decision-making for SaaS platform architecture and cross-product standards, including technology evaluation, POCs, and performance validation at scale.
Shape and improve platform-level architecture components such as Kubernetes deployment, Kafka messaging, multi-tenant data models, and microservices development using Java and .NET.
Partner with product teams, mentoring engineers, producing architecture documents (C4 diagrams, RFCs), and defining migration paths from on-prem to SaaS without disrupting existing delivery.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on expertise in Java (Spring ecosystem) and C#/.NET with strong architectural judgment and cloud-readiness skills.
Production Kubernetes experience and familiarity with distributed data fundamentals, event-driven architecture, and relational databases at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical leadership roles guiding cross-team architectural decisions in SaaS and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
Skilled in integrating multi-tenant SaaS architectures with complex Windows-centric on-prem systems and identity services (Active Directory/Entra ID).
Comfortable authoring and influencing through formal architecture documentation and engaging with multiple organizational stakeholders including Product Management and Support.
