Manage SAP Master Data lifecycle for Supplier, Customer, and Material domains within SLA commitments, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Drive Data Quality monitoring and remediation initiatives, collaborating with Data Stewards and business stakeholders to improve governance and compliance.
Provide operational support for SAP Master Data including incident investigation, issue resolution, and continuous improvements across global business units.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 5 years experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP Master Data operations supporting regional or global businesses.
Proficiency in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes including Material Master, Supplier/Vendor, or Customer Master data.
Experience with data quality remediation, data governance, onboarding, maintenance, and stewardship initiatives.
Technical skills including ServiceNow incident management, advanced Microsoft Excel, and preferably basic SQL and mass update/data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, DMC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in shared services or enterprise environments with global coordination across Europe, APAC, and North America.
Strong operational focus with proven ability to meet SLA-driven service commitments and support business-critical master data processes.
