About This Role
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams through full software development lifecycle for scalable, secure fintech applications.
- Oversee design, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of full stack solutions including UI/UX enhancements.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, enforce quality and performance standards, and foster collaboration across engineering and business teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8-10 years of work experience across full stack, frontend, backend development, and UI/UX engineering.
- 3-5 years experience leading projects, mentoring, or coaching software engineering teams.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages; knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Azure technologies preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing full stack software projects in a financial technology or payments domain.
- Demonstrates operational ownership of end-to-end SDLC including design, testing, deployment, and system performance optimization.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching mid-sized teams (6-10 direct reports) in an Agile environment.
