Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, enforce quality and performance standards, and foster collaboration across engineering and business teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
8-10 years of work experience across full stack, frontend, backend development, and UI/UX engineering.
3-5 years experience leading projects, mentoring, or coaching software engineering teams.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages; knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Azure technologies preferred.

Experienced in managing full stack software projects in a financial technology or payments domain.
Demonstrates operational ownership of end-to-end SDLC including design, testing, deployment, and system performance optimization.
