Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered security applications and enterprise-grade security solutions within the Product Security Office.
Develop organization-wide architectures and methodologies for software system design and development across multiple platforms and business units.
Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, review project designs for compliance, and influence executive and partner decisions on security technology and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Typically 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong hands-on application development skills with MERN stack and Python, plus experience with CI/CD tools like GitOps, Docker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Hybrid work requirement: at least 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain expertise in AI/ML, cloud technologies, MLOps, large language models, and agentic AI concepts with a focus on AI security and governance.
Proven experience leading teams, mentoring, and managing technical priorities in complex software systems design.
