Lead and evolve enterprise-wide application observability strategy focused on Dynatrace across applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
Design and implement comprehensive monitoring solutions including OneAgent configuration, synthetic monitoring, distributed tracing, and business transaction monitoring to improve system reliability.
Develop intelligent alerting and actionable dashboards, conduct root cause analysis of critical incidents, and collaborate across multiple technical teams to enhance operational maturity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
8–10 years experience in Application Performance Monitoring, Observability, SRE, or Production Engineering.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Dynatrace in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of application monitoring tools and cloud-based applications; experience with distributed tracing, metrics, logs, real user monitoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead capable of driving observability strategy and governance across diverse enterprise applications and cloud workloads.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, SRE, infrastructure, security, and product teams during incident response and operational improvement.
