About This Role
- Lead and evolve enterprise-wide application observability strategy focused on Dynatrace across applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring solutions including OneAgent configuration, synthetic monitoring, distributed tracing, and business transaction monitoring to improve system reliability.
- Develop intelligent alerting and actionable dashboards, conduct root cause analysis of critical incidents, and collaborate across multiple technical teams to enhance operational maturity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8–10 years experience in Application Performance Monitoring, Observability, SRE, or Production Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Dynatrace in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of application monitoring tools and cloud-based applications; experience with distributed tracing, metrics, logs, real user monitoring.

- Experienced technical lead capable of driving observability strategy and governance across diverse enterprise applications and cloud workloads.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, SRE, infrastructure, security, and product teams during incident response and operational improvement.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with the ability to design and optimize monitoring, alerting, and performance analytics in complex microservices/cloud environments.
