About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications using Trizetto Facets, SQL, Python, Java, and relevant cloud technologies.
- Own architecture decisions and drive scalable, secure, resilient application design along with CI/CD and DevOps practices including cloud adoption and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership including mentoring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery accountability for strategic technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Trizetto Facets, SQL, Python, Java, RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years

- Experienced in enterprise application architecture and engineering leadership with accountability for end-to-end delivery and technical decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in SQL performance optimization, cloud-native application development, and AI/ML technologies including Generative AI exposure.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, mentoring engineers, driving continuous improvement, and managing cross-functional technical initiatives.
