Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead software engineering role.
Strong proficiency in C/C++, computer architecture, OS fundamentals (Linux, QNX or similar), and software development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience with Robotics and AI models for edge inference.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in CUDA and system programming with a focus on parallel programming techniques.
Ability to independently lead projects and work with minimal supervision while managing cross-team collaboration.
Experience developing and instrumenting AI models performance and familiarity with AI toolchains.
