About This Role
- Lead a technical engineering pod responsible for end-to-end full stack solution delivery including Java, JavaScript, APIs, and relational databases.
- Own solution design, development, code reviews, engineering quality, and resolving complex technical issues within the pod.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and program leadership on planning, risk management, and agile delivery while mentoring and guiding a team of 4–8 engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of software development experience with prior experience leading an engineering team or pod.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript, REST API development, and relational databases with SQL.
- Experience with microservices, Git, Maven or Gradle, and debugging/troubleshooting complex applications.
- Location: India – Remote. Employment Type: Contract. Work Model: Remote.

- Technical leader comfortable balancing hands-on coding with managing delivery and leading teams of 4–8 engineers.
- Experienced in enterprise application modernization, legacy transformation, and agile/Scrum environments.
