Lead a technical engineering pod responsible for end-to-end full stack solution delivery including Java, JavaScript, APIs, and relational databases.
Own solution design, development, code reviews, engineering quality, and resolving complex technical issues within the pod.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and program leadership on planning, risk management, and agile delivery while mentoring and guiding a team of 4–8 engineers.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of software development experience with prior experience leading an engineering team or pod.
Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript, REST API development, and relational databases with SQL.
Experience with microservices, Git, Maven or Gradle, and debugging/troubleshooting complex applications.
