About This Role
- Develop and enhance full stack financial technology solutions involving frontend, backend, and UI/UX components following the software development lifecycle.
- Lead complex software solution designs, code reviews, unit testing, and system performance optimizations to ensure scalability, quality, and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical escalation support including on-call guidance, collaborate cross-functionally to improve applications and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5-8 years of work experience in software development, covering full stack, frontend, backend, and UI/UX engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Angular, and experience with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Availability for on-call rotation including evenings or weekends.

- Experienced in driving projects involving modern software development tools and cloud migration initiatives (e.g., GitHub, Copilot, AWS Migration).
- Capable of working autonomously while providing technical supervision and peer coaching within financial services technology contexts.
- Demonstrates strong ownership of end-to-end software development lifecycle with measurable impact on quality, efficiency, and user experience.
