Manage planning, execution, and delivery of prioritized initiatives on the Index Roadmap, ensuring alignment with company product roadmap and strategic objectives.
Coordinate and drive decision-making on dependencies, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, budget tracking, risk management, and quality assurance.
Support transition from waterfall to agile methodologies, mentor junior project managers, and maintain project documentation and reporting via Agile tools.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in financial services or technology sectors.
Project management and Agile certification required (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMP, PRINCE2).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Previous exposure to and understanding of index value chain, market data, and analytics solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and able to lead cross-functional teams and vendor relationships in complex projects.
Skilled in budget oversight, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and stakeholder management within fast-paced environments.
