About This Role
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery of prioritized initiatives on the Index Roadmap, ensuring alignment with company product roadmap and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and drive decision-making on dependencies, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, budget tracking, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Support transition from waterfall to agile methodologies, mentor junior project managers, and maintain project documentation and reporting via Agile tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in financial services or technology sectors.
- Project management and Agile certification required (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMP, PRINCE2).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Previous exposure to and understanding of index value chain, market data, and analytics solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and able to lead cross-functional teams and vendor relationships in complex projects.
- Skilled in budget oversight, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and stakeholder management within fast-paced environments.
- Familiar with index business operations, capable of driving innovation and ensuring delivery aligned with strategic business goals.
